School Programs
Biology based programs that capture the interest of students are the core of our educational goals. We match curriculum requirements with an exciting and intensely focused presentation. Many students leave the program with a desire to learn more; we encourage extension of the learned concepts through outdoor activities, library research, and projects that help students connect with nature and science.
Curriculums in fourth through seventh grade are most closely aligned with our standard program in elementary and middle school. We do, however, work to coordinate with any grade level: K-12, university level, and beyond. Words and concepts that a teacher would like to have presented in conjunction with the program can be mailed to us before the program, or simply listed on the board. We typically introduce, and give samples of: adaptations (such as camouflage and mimicry), language (both vocal and behavioral), and vocabulary terms such as niche, habitat, and symmetry – in ways that are easy to understand.
We look forward to working with you to help students understand and enjoy biology, math, physics, journalism, and the arts!
